The Board of Aldermen has approved a licensing agreement that will allow the non-profit City Hockey to partner with the City of St. Louis renovate a roller rink in Tilles Park with synthetic ice. The move would bring ice hockey to kids who might not otherwise have the opportunity.

City Hockey is raising the estimated $30,000 it will take to put in the plastic ice.
