The 2013 Mayor's Business Celebration Luncheon will be held from 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 4, at the Renaissance Grand Hotel.  Mayor Francis G. Slay will present his annual awards in the areas of Businesses of the Year, Developments of the Year, Quality of Life, and the Mayor's Award.
