Moving back to New Zealand

St. Louis, MO- After a near 4-year stint, Russell Halliday, Program Manager for Project Connect and Next NGA West will be returning to New Zealand. Halliday will continue to support these programs remotely. Halliday stated “It will be business as usual with the exception of face-to-face meetings in St. Louis.” He will plan on occasional trips to St. Louis as required between now and the end of the year, in order to see the transfer of the Next NGA West property to the Federal Government. The team supporting the Next NGA West/Project Connect program will continue to operate as normal and all lines of communications will be maintained.

Russell received Proclamation from Mayor

Halliday was recognized with an official Proclamation from Mayor Lyda Krewson and by Otis Williams, Executive Director of St. Louis Development Corporation, who stated “Russell has always been a key member of this project and that his daily presence will be greatly missed.” Halliday thanked SLDC and stated that although he would not be here on a daily basis at his post, he would continue to be very “hands on” with the NGA project.
