Alaska Airlines Announces New Service from STL to San Diego

STL Part of Major Growth between San Diego and Midwest

(St. Louis-March 15, 2017) Alaska Airlines has announced new service between St. Louis Lambert International Airport (STL) and San Diego (SAN) beginningDecember 15. San Diego will be Alaska’s third destination to/from STL. The daily roundtrip to SAN will be offered on a 76-seat Embraer E175 jet. The daily flight from San Diego will depart8:30 a.m.local time. The departure from STL will be at3:55 p.m.local time.

The new service to STL is part of a larger expansion for Alaska to five other markets from San Diego, mostly in the Midwest. Alaska’s also announced a major social media contest in all new markets including St. Louis. St. Louisans have a chance to win round-trip flights to San Diego, a two-night hotel stay, one-day passes to the San Diego Zoo and $500 in Visa gift cards. Visit here

Alaska Airlines operates out of STL’s C Concourse (Terminal 1). It currently operates three daily departures to Seattle, OR (SEA) and Portland, OR (PDX). Tickets are available for purchase at www.alaskaair.com.
