Biography
Dionne Flowers representing the 2nd Ward, is a native St. Louisan, and a graduate of Rosary High School. Flowers has attended the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and the University of Missouri-Columbia and is a licensed barber. For the past several years she has worked in a family-owned hair-care firm, Golden Shears, in nearby Veronica Park. Dionne is married to Eric Baker.
