Qualifying Census Tracts (QCT) Map

The map outlines census tracts designated by HUD as Qualifying Census Tracts (QCT) where 50 percent or more of the households have incomes below 60 percent of the Area Median Gross Income (AMGI) or have a poverty rate of 25 percent or more.
