Project Overview

The City of St. Louis is currently in the process of implementing a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. This new ERP system will impact all of City government by overhauling how we manage the following systems:

  • Budgeting
  • Procurement/Supply Chain
  • Finance/Accounting
  • Time and Attendance Tracking
  • Personnel Management
  • Payroll

There are multiple software products that will make up the City’s ERP system:

  1. UKG Workforce Dimensions [1] for majority of employee scheduling/attendance/leave management
  2. UKG Telestaff for Police, Fire, and Corrections scheduling/attendance/leave management
  3. Oracle Cloud [2] for all remaining systems

The software products will be rolled out in phases.

Notes:

UKG is the new company name that used to be Kronos, which is the brand of the time and attendance system you will be using.

Oracle is the company that provides a range of Cloud services.
