The Parks Department Permit Section is open from 9 am to 4 pm. The Permit Section only accepts checks or money orders as method of payment. No cash or credit/debit card is accepted!

Hours of Operation:

Open during picnic season, which starts May 1st and goes through the last Sunday in September, and is rentable 6 a.m. to 10p.m.
Outside of the picnic season, all pavilions are first come first serve at no rental cost.
