Purpose

The City of St. Louis, Board of Public Service, is seeking Statements of Qualifications from firms interested in providing professional engineering services for a roadway infrastructure project. The project is primarily intended to improve safety conditions for both drivers and pedestrians along a ~2.5 mile corridor of River Des Peres Boulevard. Proposed improvements include the widening and resurfacing of the roadway, installation of new traffic signals, street lighting, and utility relocations.
