Project Overview
1st Ward Alderwoman Schweitzer and 2nd Ward Alderman Oldenburg initiated a traffic study that would evaluate traffic conditions along the corridor and recommend strategies to slow motor vehicle traffic, reduce crashes, and create a safer, more welcoming environment for all roadway users, including people walking and bicycling. The recommendations will focus on low-cost improvements for immediate implementation, as well as to include long-term improvements subject to future funding.
