The Arts and Education Council announced today that applications for the 2021 PNC Program Grants will open on Feb. 8. PNC Program Grants, underwritten by the PNC Foundation, provide funding for arts and arts education programs that address community needs. A total of $40,000 in merit-based grants of $2,500 to $5,000 will be provided to small to medium-sized organizations in the St. Louis bi-state region that offer arts and arts education programs contributing to the elements of a vibrant community.

Since 2012, the Arts and Education Council, in partnership with PNC Foundation, has awarded nearly 200 PNC Program Grants totaling more than $340,000 for arts programs in the St. Louis bi-state region.

Arts and Education Council Grants and Programs Coordinator Jessireé Jenkins will lead a virtual workshop for potential PNC Program Grant applicants on Jan. 25 at 11:00 a.m. CST. Grant seekers can register for the workshop here.

Applications for PNC Program Grants will open Feb. 8 and are due March 8 at 5:00 p.m. CST. Organizations should demonstrate how the proposed program aligns with the Arts and Education Council’s aim to invest in the elements of a vibrant community. Applications will be reviewed by a volunteer panel of the Arts and Education Council’s Grants and Programs Committee and representatives from the PNC Foundation.

Awardees will be announced in late May. For specific criteria and application information, visit KeepArtHappening.org/Apply/PNCProgramGrants.
