Randy Mourning Receives 40-Year Service Pin

Long-time employee has served in several City departments

During a brief ceremony at City Hall last month, Mayor Lyda Krewson presented a 40-year service pin to Randy Mourning.

Mourning began his career in June of 1979 with the Department of Personnel as a Personnel Analyst I and promoted to Personnel Analyst II (1979-85), then to Personnel Analyst III (1985-86). He served as Public Health Program Administrator (1986-90) and was Executive Assistant to the Commissioner of Forestry (1990-98) before promoting to his current position of Executive Assistant II in the Building Division.
