The second edition briefing book, dated December 11, 2015, summarizes the proposal to the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) on behalf of the City of St. Louis.  The City proposal includes a well-connected, 99 acre urban site in North St. Louis at the intersection of N. Jefferson and Cass Avenues.  The final briefing book was delivered directly to the NGA.
