Grand Opening of the Traveling Wizard of Oz Exhibition
Exhibition will run from May 1 through July 31 at the Central Branch of the St. Louis Public Library

The festivities begin at
Listeners will hear about the 2,000 square-foot exhibit, which is a hands-on, interactive experience for kids ages 2-12. Each section is a 3-D representation of Baum's classic book and serves as a larger-than-life backdrop for learning math, science, history, storytelling, and the arts through the magic of this timeless classic
The exhibit opens with an invitation for visitors to "follow the
yellow brick road." Once inside, you'll be able to visit Dorothy's House, Tornado ,Land of Munchkins, Scarecrow, Tin Woodsman, Lion, The Road of
Yellow Bricks,
The exhibit is open Monday through Thursday
While the children play, adults can visit the auxiliary exhibit, The Great Cyclone of 1896, in the Carnegie Room, located on the Third Floor.
