The St. Louis Public Library is proud to present a pair of crowd-pleasing authors in December. Both events are FREE and open to the public.
* Popular St. Louis Post-Dispatch columnist Bill McClellan will sign his new book, Gently Down the Stream. The event takes place at the Schlafly Branch, 225 N. Euclid Ave., on December 4 at 2 p.m. and is part of the Branch’s annual Holiday Open House. Books available for purchase courtesy of Left Bank Books. [NOTE: This is a book signing only.]
* Jane Leavy will discuss and sign her new book, The Last Boy: Mickey Mantle and the End of America’s Childhood. The event takes place at the Schlafly Branch, 225 N. Euclid Ave., on December 9 at 7 p.m. Books available for purchase courtesy of Left Bank Books.
