The Citizens' Service Bureau has been using Cityworks to track all citizen service requests since Jan. 1, 2009. The editor of the Cityworks newsletter InPrint recently spoke with Customer Service Manager Cindy Riordan about CSB, how the Cityworks program is benefiting the City, and the City's plans to expand use of the program.  The resulting article is attached.
