Manfred Klatt Receives Mayor's Service Award

Each year Mayor Francis G. Slay presents Mayor's Service Awards to highlight some of our best City employees. During a ceremony in the City Hall Rotunda on Wednesday, December 15, 2010, Manfred Klatt, Civil Engineer III in the Water Division, received from Mayor Slay a Mayor's Service Award in the category of Sustained Superior Performance.
