Lambert-St. Louis International Airport is proud to welcome Richard C. Nemanick, Ph.D. to the St. Louis Airport Commission. Rik, as he goes by, was appointed by St. Louis City Mayor Francis Slay to serve on the 17-member Commission.
Rik is the co-founder of The Leadership Effect, a consulting firm specializing in organizational and leadership development. He founded the company in 1995. Rik is also an adjunct faculty member in Saint Louis University’s MBA program and an instructor in Washington University in St. Louis’ Masters of Human Resources Management program.
Rik holds a doctorate in organizational psychology from Saint Louis University.
