Military Museum receives Director's Outstanding Service Award for Agency Support.

At the recent St. Louis VA Medical Center Annual Volunteer Recognition and Awards Banquet, Soldiers' Memorial Military Museum was recognized with a Director's Award.  On hand to accept the award from Medical Center Director RimaAnn O. Nelson was Supply Commissioner Freddie Dunlap, who serves on the Soldiers' Memorial Commission.

Shown below is Soldiers' Memorial Superintendent Lynnea Magnusun standing in the memorial's Court of Honor with the prestigious award.

This year's VAVS awards recognized volunteers and organizations that have made a significant contribution to support veterans, assuring veterans that their sacrifices have not been forgotten.
