Upon arrival at Affinia Healthcare, please park and call (314) 443-5874. The COVID tester will respond to your call and ask for your name, DOB, and phone number. Please stay in your car until you receive further instructions.

State DHSS Testing - AIM Laboratories HQ

Every Monday-Friday - 9:00 am - 4:00 pm., In Office
Having a state-issued identification card available at the testing site will speed up the process immensely; however, no identification documents are required. The test used at these community testing events is a PCR test done by an anterior nares swab to determine the presence of SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19. Results will be available as soon as possible but no later than 72 hours from the event.

Every Monday & Saturday - 10:00 am - 6:00 pm., Drive-thru
