Authorizing Legislation
Ordinance 71434, 64724, 66326, 68935, 70052; Mo. Rev. Stat. Sections 67.1401 through 67.1571.
Member Requirements
Because the District is organized as a "not-for-profit corporation", the Mayor and the Board of Aldermen lack the authority to appoint members to the nonprofit corporation's board (RSMo 67.1451.1).
It does not appear that disclosure or oath is required for individuals to serve on the District's board.
