Member Requirements

Community Improvement District contains treasurer and Alderpersons,
CID - By-laws Section 3.2
Size and Composition.
The Board of Directors shall consist of not more than 24 elected members (the exact number of elected members to be determined from time to time by the Board of Directors) elected in accordance with the provision of Sections 6.1 and 6.2 and the following ex officio voting members (if they are not elected members of the Board of Directors):
The Chair and a Vice Chair of Downtown STL, Inc.;
The President of the Corporation;
The Executive Director for Development of the City of St. Louis;
The Aldermen from the 5th, 6th, 7th, and 19th Wards of the City of St. Louis;
The Treasurer of the City of St. Louis;
The Commander of the 4th District St. Louis Police Department;
The Executive Director of the Downtown St. Louis Neighborhood Association;
St. Louis Convention & Visitors Commission, St. Louis Regional Chamber & Growth Association,
St. Louis Cardinals, and
The immediate past Chair of the Corporation.
Downtown STL Inc. contains Mayor (or designee) and
President of BoA
DSI - Section 4.2 Members,
Size and Composition.
All Directors shall be individual Members or employed by a corporation or organizational Member as defined in Article 3.
The Board of Directors shall consist of not more than 40 elected members (the exact number of elected Members to be determined from time to time by the Board of Directors) selected in accordance with the provisions of Section 7.2, and
The Mayor of the City of St. Louis or designee of the Mayor from the Mayor’s staff,
The President of the Board of Aldermen of the City of St. Louis,
The Chief of Police of the City of St. Louis,
The Executive Director of Development of the City of St. Louis,
The Executive Director of CityArchRiver 2015 Foundation,
The President of the Regional Chamber & Growth Association,
The President of the St. Louis Economic Development Partnership,
The President of the Corporation,
The Immediate Past Chair of the Corporation,
The Chair of The Downtown St. Louis Community Improvement District, Inc.,
The Vice Chair of The Downtown St. Louis Community Improvement District, Inc.,
The Chair of the Downtown St. Louis Foundation,
The Chair of Downtown Now!, and
not more than five additional persons named by the Board of Directors as ex officio voting Members.
