The Health and Human Development Committee shall consider all matters pertaining to health, social services, environment, parks and recreation, and youth/adult education. Maintains communication with the Departments of Health, Human Services, Parks, Recreation, and Forestry, the St. Louis Agency on Training and Employment, and the leadership of local educational institutions.
