WHEN SECONDS COUNT, WE COUNT ON 9-1-1. COME TO A SPECIAL MEETING ABOUT THE 9-1-1 SYSTEM ON OCTOBER 13.
In the event of an emergency we all call 9-1-1 for police, fire and ambulance services. But, from time to time people have serious questions about how that 9-1-1 system operates. When there is no emergency, wouldn't you like to have your questions answered by those in charge of operating that system?1. Have you ever had to call 9-1-1 in an emergency?
2. Did you wonder why they asked you the questions they did?
3. Were you happy with the response? Do you know about another number to contact the police?
4. Would you like to question the person in charge of 9-1-1 for the police department about how the police are dispatched when you make a 9-1-1 call for police?
Well here's your chance.
