City of St. Louis Board of Aldermen President Lewis Reed will be meeting with State of Missouri Governor Mike Parson on Thursday afternoon.

President Reed will be meeting with the Governor to express concerns regarding public safety in the City of St. Louis, including the implementation of the Ceasefire Program, prisoner reimbursements for the City of St. Louis and other legislative issues.

President Reed hopes to have a productive meeting following the Governor’s past visits to St. Louis. “I am looking forward to having a one-on-one with our new Governor. It is encouraging to witness his openness to discuss and work with others across the aisle,” said Reed.
