Biography

Cara Spencer grew up in St. Louis and received a B.S. in mathematics from Truman State University in Kirksville, Missouri.  As an analyst and mathematical modeler for more than 12 years, she traveled extensively to understand business markets worldwide. Spencer was elected to the Board of Aldermen in 2015 and takes great pride in representing the 20th ward, one of the most diverse and vibrant parts of St. Louis City.
