What to Expect

Once your initial intake is received, you will be added to our waiting list.

Because so many homeowners are already on the Healthy Home Repair Program waiting list, there may be a significant delay before you are able to participate.

Emergency repair needs are giving priority within the program. You will receive periodic updates as you move up the waiting list. Once your request as at the top of the queue you will receive a notification to complete your application and provide supporting paperwork.

After your application and paperwork have been completed your repairs will be scheduled and you will be contacted by a Project Manager to oversee the work.
