Cindy Riordan

Cindy has been with the City of St. Louis since 1994. She has Bachelor of Arts degrees in Mathematics and Urban Affairs from St. Louis University and an MBA in IT Management from Western Governor's University.  She began her career with the City as a Neighborhood Improvement Specialist becoming well-versed in city operations and assisting residents in accessing city services. For 8 years she was manager of the Citizens' Service Bureau, where she combined her communications skills and interest in process improvement to modernize the call center with new technology. She worked at the Street Department to modernize their permitting system,  and at ITSA as a business analyst before being appointed CIO by Mayor Krewson in December 2017.
