The City of St. Louis serves individuals in a variety of ways, including through managing roads, water, elections, and other services to residents and visitors. The services, programs and activities that the City provides are very important for day-to-day life.

The City is committed to ensuring that all residents can access City services, regardless of what language they speak. As people who contribute to the quality of life in the City, those with limited English proficiency are entitled to meaningful access to these services.

Upon request, the City will do its best to have vital documents translated. Language services can be requested by using I Speak cards that the City will make available.
