Summary
The City of St. Louis is seeking bids for a multi-faceted employee assistance program, including assessment, short term counseling and referral services; supervisory and management training; evaluation and treatment oversight of mandatory drug and alcohol referrals; and EAP program promotion.

Proposals must be delivered to the Department of Personnel on or before 4:00 P.M. Central Time on Friday, May 31, 2019. Late proposals will not be considered.
