Summary
Mercer, on behalf of the City of St. Louis (City), is soliciting proposals from qualified organizations to provide a full array of wellness services to its employees with an effective date of February 1, 2020.  Currently, the City offers a wellness program which has been administered by BJC Healthcare in St. Louis, Missouri, since 2005.
