St. Louis Civil Rights Enforcement Agency (CREA) will commemorate the 45th anniversary of the Fair Housing Act with a celebration at the St. Louis Gateway Classic Foundation. Mayor Francis G. Slay will bring an official welcome and proclaim the month of April as "Fair Housing Month" in the City of St. Louis. Mrs. Sheryl Rose will receive the 2013 Distinguished Fair Housing Service Award.
