Purpose

The City of St. Louis, Board of Public Service (BPS or City), is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from firms interested in providing Engineering Services for the 2027 Inspection Report for the Lindbergh Tunnel and Utility Corridor at St. Louis Lambert International Airport (STL or Airport). The required professional services will include, but are not limited to, Engineering Services for the Inspection and Reporting of the Tunnel Structure and Utility Corridor routing N. Lindbergh Blvd. (U.S. Hwy 67) under Runway 11-29 at the Airport.
