The City of St. Louis offers several garages and a surface lot for parking in the Downtown and Midtown areas. Standard rates are shown; however, event parking rates vary greatly. Hourly rates are for the first hour of parking only: rates for additional hours vary. Rates are subject to change at any time – please contact the facilities for more detailed information.
Downtown Facilities
Kiel Center Garage - 1515 Clark Avenue - (314) 366-3077. Normal business hours are 6 AM to 6 PM Monday through Friday. Rate: $75.00 per month / $2.00 per hour. Event Rate is typically $10-$20
City Hall Lot - 1201 Clark Avenue - (314) 366-3077. Normal business hours are 6 AM to 7 PM Monday through Friday. Rate: $90 per month. $2.00 per hour. (2nd hr $2.00 then $1.00 every additional 30 min.) Event Rate is typically $20-$10
Williams Paper Lot - 318 South 16th Street. Normal business hours are 6 AM to 6 PM Monday through Friday for monthly parking only. Rate: $60 per month / hourly not available. $80 per month/24/7 Greyhound Employees Only. Event Rate is typically $20-$10
Central Downtown Garage - 707 Pine Street - (314) 314-5841. Normal business hours are 6 AM to 8 PM Monday through Friday. Rate: $125.00 per month 24/7. $4.00 per hour. Event Rate is typically $5-$10
Justice Center Garage - 1115 Clark Avenue - (314) 314-5842. Normal business hours are 5 AM to 8 PM Monday through Friday. Rate: $120.00 per month. $4.00 per hour for the first hour. $2.00 per hour after that. Event Rate is typically $10
Cupples Station Garage - 421 South 10th Street - (314) 314-5839. Normal business hours are 5 AM to 8 PM Monday through Friday. Rate: $100.00 per month. $3.00 per hour. $25 Daily Max. Lost Ticket $30. Event Rate is typically $20-$15
Midtown Parking
Argyle Garage - 225 North Euclid Avenue - (314) 314-5843. Open 24 hours a day. $105.00 per month 24/7. $85.00 per month 6am-6pm. UP to 2 Hours $3.00. Every 2 hours $4.00. DAILY MAX $15.00. Lost Ticket $30.
