How to reset your My City account password

Overview
Those who signed up for a My City account with an email address and password can reset their account password.
Note that those who signed up using a social account like Google, Microsoft, or LinkedIn must continue signing in with the same social account. If you need to reset your social account password, you can do so on your social account's website.
Preparation
Verify that you signed up by providing an email address and password, and that you did not sign up using a social account.
Instructions
To reset your password:
- Select Sign In under My City in the stlouis-mo.gov toolbar.
- Enter the email address you used to sign up and select Continue.
- Select Forgot password.
- Verify that your email address is correct and select Continue.
- Check for an email prompting you to reset your password. It may take a few minutes to arrive.
- Click the URL or select the Confirm button in the email, which should go to an https://cityofstlouis.us.auth0.com URL.
- Enter a new password that you can remember, and repeat it in the field below.
- Select Reset password to finish.
What to Expect
After completing this process you will have reset your password and can use it to sign in.
