Questions should be received by 08/25/2022. Questions and answers will be sent via email to all known RFP participants to ensure transparency in the bidding process. No written or verbal contact is allowed between any other potential competitive bidders, or with City of St. Louis

All RFP packages should be emailed to Helen Bryant at bryanth@stlouis-mo.gov no later than 3:00 pm central time on the above RFP opening date. Late or incomplete responses will not be accepted for any reason.
