It is again time for City employees to make their BEFORE/AFTER TAX election.  The election pertains to medical and dental insurance deductions, as outlined in the memo from Richard R. Frank dated April 25, 2014 that employees received with their paychecks.

Employees wishing to make a change must complete the Tax Authorization Form.  The completed form must be received in the Department of Personnel, Employee Benefits Section, before 5 p.m. Friday, May 23, 2014.  If a change is not received by this date, the employee's current tax deduction arrangement will remain in effect.

Please feel free to call the Employee Benefits Section at (314) 622-3200 if you have any questions.
