The City of St. Louis' medical and dental providers offer mobile apps and other online services to help you access and manage your benefits. Learn how you can access your member ID card online, file claims, estimate costs and more.

Preparation
Sydney Health is the name of the Anthem mobile application. To use it, you will need an online Anthem account.
If you have already registered for an Anthem account, you will need your username and password.
If you have not already registered for an online account with Anthem, you will need the following to register:
- your Member ID (found on your insurance card)
- the first and last name on your account
- your date of birth
Instructions
- You can download the Sydney Health app in one of the following ways:
- Use the Begin Online button below to visit the app website, where you can enter your phone number and have a download link texted to you. This will automatically sign you up for Anthem text messages.
- Search for Sydney Health in the App Store on your iPhone or the Google Play Store on your Android phone.
- Install the app on your phone.
- Open the app and log into your existing account or sign up for a new account.
- You will need to verify your phone number or email address by having a code texted or emailed to you.

What to Expect
Once you have installed the Sydney Health app, you will be able to:
- Access plan details
- File and check the status of claims
- Find in-network care
- Ask questions about your benefits

To use the Delta Dental mobile app, you will need an online Delta Dental account.
If you have already registered for a Delta Dental account, you will need your username and password.
If you have not already registered for an online account with Delta Dental, you will need the following to register:
- your Member ID (found on your insurance card)
- the first and last name on your account
- your date of birth
- your zip code

- You can download the Delta Dental app in one of the following ways:
- Use the Begin Online button below and scan the QR code on the page.
- Search for Delta Dental in the App Store on your iPhone or the Google Play Store on your Android phone.
- Install the app on your phone.
- Open the app and log into your existing account or sign up for a new account.

What to Expect
Once you've installed the mobile app and logged in, you will be able to use the following features:
- Mobile ID card: No need for a paper card. View and share your ID card from your phone.
- Find a dentist: Search and compare dental offices to find one that suits your needs.
- Dental Care Cost Estimator: Our easy to use tool provides estimated cost ranges on common dental care needs for dentists in your area. View the cost estimator flyer for more information.
- Save your preferred dentist: Save your favorite dentists using the Delta Dental Mobile App for quick access to contact information making it easy to schedule your routine cleaning.

Preparation
Ensure you are able to use teledentistry
You can use Delta Dental - Virtual Visits if you:
- have a dental emergency and do not have an established dentist
- need access to a dentist after hours
- need to consult with a dentist without leaving your home
Assemble Information
To use teledentistry, you will need an online Delta Dental account.
If you have already registered for a Delta Dental account, you will need your username and password.
If you have not already registered for an online account with Delta Dental, you will need the following to register:
- your Member ID (found on your insurance card)
- the first and last name on your account
- your date of birth
- your zip code
Instructions
- Use the Begin Online button below to log into the member portal. You will need to create an account if you have not done so already.
- Fill out your documents.
- Take photos of the problem area.
- Connect with a TeleDentistry.com dentist and begin
your consultation.

What to Expect
TeleDentistry.com dentists provide initial consultation services and can write prescriptions when appropriate. You will be referred to a Delta Dental network dentist for definitive diagnosis and treatment.
The TeleDentistry.com dentist will email consultation notes to your Delta Dental network dentist for further treatment. If you have not established care with a Delta Dental network dentist, with your authorization, TeleDentistry.com will refer you to an in-network dentist.
