Open Enrollment for City of St. Louis
The 2024 open enrollment period is April 24-May 12, 2023.
Employees and their dependents may be eligible to join the plan outside of Open Enrollment if they qualify for special enrollment.
Cancer, Intensive Care, Short Term Disability, and Accident Insurance
Cancer, Intensive Care, Short Term Disability, and Accident Insurance are offered through both AFLAC and Washington National insurance companies.
Employee & Dependent Life Insurance
Employee and Dependent Life Insurance is offered through The Standard Insurance Company.
Legal insurance for employees is offered through MetLife.
Long-term Disability Insurance
The City of St. Louis offers Long-term Disability Insurance to eligible employees through The Hartford.
A vision discount for City employees is offered through Crown Vision Center.

The City of St. Louis Deferred Compensation Plan 457 is a voluntary benefit for hired eligible employees and is administered by the retirement plan provider Empower Retirement.
