2017 Fire Prevention Week
Fire Prevention Week will be observed from Oct. 8 -14, 2017, and the St. Louis Fire Department is encouraging all St. Louis families to use this week as a time to either practice their home fire escape plan or to develop one should the unthinkable occur.
In most cases, individuals have only two minutes to escape a home fire from the time the smoke alarm sounds. Use that time wisely by having a plan in place to follow.
