New program allows passengers/visitors to "catch" Lambert Airport employees providing exceptional customer service.

Catch Us Giving (CUG) is a new customer service program at Lambert-St. Louis International Airport, created to allow passengers/visitors and even co-workers to catch employees providing exceptional customer service.
When an employee is caught, tell Lambert officials by filling out comment cards and turning them in to various locations. We want to know when an employee goes beyond the call of duty to assist a visitor or co-worker.
The comment cards can be found in Terminals 1 and 2 and turned in to the Explore St. Louis, the Information & Paging booths or home and mail it back. Every month a list of nominees is compiled and two winners chosen. They have their pictures taken and are awarded Catch Us Giving goodie bags along with a premium gift that can include a gift basket, movie passes, tickets to special events or restaurant gift cards. Their picture and a summary of what the visitor said about them is placed on the digital boards in both Terminals 1 and 2 for all to see for an entire month.
