Collector of Revenue employees celebrated 2018 Women's History Month

"Women's History Month" honors and celebrates the struggles and achievements of American women throughout the history of the United States. The annual observance to recognize women began in March of 1981 as "Women's History Week." In 1987 the National Women's History Project petitioned Congress to designate the entire month of March as "Women's History Month" and in response Congress passed Pub. L. 100-9 which designated the month of March 1987 as "Women's History Month."
