 Election Results

Incumbents Edmund Zell and John Zakibe, being unopposed in the member election, will remain as the two member-representatives on the Board of Trustees of the Employees Retirement System through March 31, 2017.

Zell, an executive Assistant with Lambert Airport, has served as Trustee for 22 years and Zakibe, Deputy Comptroller, has served for 12 years.

Incumbent Walter Abell, former Street Department employee, was unopposed in the retiree election and, therefore, will continue to serve as the retiree-representative on the Board through March 31, 2017.

The other three Trustees on the six-member Board are Comptroller Darlene Green, Ex Officio Member, and two mayoral appointees:  Freddie Dunlap, Assessor; and Edward T. Jones, former Executive Director of SLATE.
