Incumbent Felicia Hinton-Ramey and Ryan Coleman, being the only two candidates filing for election, were certified by the Board of Trustees of the Employees Retirement System of the City of St. Louis as the two member-representatives on the Board for a two-year term commencing April 1, 2019.

Ms. Hinton-Ramey, a Program Manager II with the Board of Public Service, has served as Trustee since January 2016. New Trustee Mr. Coleman is a Financial Analyst with the City Comptroller's Office.

Incumbent Edmund ZeIl, former Airport employee, was unopposed in the retiree election and therefore will continue to serve as the retiree-representative on the Board through March 2021.

The other three members on the six-member Board are City Comptroller Darlene Green, Ex Officio Member, and two Mayoral appointees: Freddie Dunlap, former City Assessor; and Edward T. Jones, former Director of the St. Louis Agency on Training & Employment (SLATE).
