ERS Board of Trustees Election Underway

Ballots have begun hitting employee mailboxes

 The term of the two member-representatives of the Employees Retirement System Board of Trustees will expire on March 31, 2017.  According to Board regulations, the election will commence on March 3, 2017 and end on March 20, 2017.

Official election ballots along with voting procedures were mailed to the address of record of each member on March 3, 2017.  Two Trustees will be elected by the membership of the System for a two-year term.

To vote online, go to https://vote.election-america.com/ERS; enter your User ID and Password at the top of your letter, and follow the on-screen instructions.

To vote by mail, fill in the circle to the left of the candidate of your choice.  Mail the ballot in the official pre-addressed return envelope by U.S. Mail.  Any ballot submitted by other than U.S. Mail will be voided and will not be counted.  Voted ballots must be received by Election-America by 5:00 p.m., Monday, March 20, 2017.
