On the black toolbar, just above the City flag, in your mail window, the rightmost selection called "More" has a menu of additional features.
The third selection from the bottom, on the "More" menu, is called "Sherpa Tools," and it can be used to update your directory information. When you start "Sherpa Tools," you will see a listing of the directory. Just search for your name, select your entry, and click the edit button. You can now edit your directory information.
