Mayor signs FY2015 budget June 27, 2014.

The St. Louis Board of Aldermen passed a $1 billion budget for the 2015 fiscal year on Friday, June 27, 2014.  The passage marked the first time the city's annual operating plan exceeded a billion dollars.  That afternoon, Mayor Francis G.
