Joyce Landrum was recognized at her retirement party with a Mayoral proclamation

During a retirement celebration last month in the Department of Personnel, Joyce Landrum was recognized by Mayor Lyda Krewson with a proclamation for "Joyce landrum Day" in honor of Ms. Landrum's long and very productive service. 

Landrum began her career with the City of St. Louis Department of Personnel in 1976 as a Clerk I, but held various positions in the Department working her way up to the Assistant Manager of the Recruitment and Examination Division.   

Many thanks to Ms. Landrum and best wishes to her for good health and happiness in her retirement.
