Karen Toal Receives 40-Year Service Pin

One of four long-time Civil Servants recognized for years of service.

During a brief ceremony in his office last month, Mayor Francis G. Slay presented a 40-year service pin to Karen Toal.

Toal began her career with the City in 1971 in the Department of Personnel as a Typist Clerk. She currently holds the position of Benefits Manager.

Also on hand for the presentation was Director of Personnel Rick Frank.
