 Officials welcome China Cargo Airlines inaugural flight on Sept. 23, 2011.

Officials celebrate the arrival of the first flight of China Cargo Airlines at Lambert-St. Louis International Airport on Sept. 23, 2011.  Pictured from left are:  Mike Jones, Midwest China Hub Commission Chair; Chinese Consul General (from Chicago) Jeffrey Yang; St. Louis Mayor Francis G.
